Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, American Sweets can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened, shelf-stable goods within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your snacks arrive in perfect condition and will replace any items damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of any damaged items or incorrect products.
- 2.Review Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our health and safety guidelines for food returns and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and ship them back to our distribution center using the provided return label.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
